So the docs have called and have been trying to figure out what kind of cancer it is still. Now this is deffinitly NOT for sure, but they have an idea and they're looking into figuring it out. They think it might be PNET cancer (primitive neuroectodermal tumors). They sent out a DNA test to get this checked out, but it came back negative. The thing is they really do think thats what it might be, so they're doing other tests to see if it is just presenting itself in a weird way. This kind of cancer usually presents itself in kids and young adults and in bone marrow, which makes it even MORE rare that i may have it b/c mine is in soft tissue in the pancreas. They want to check out my bone marrow though, so most likely this week ill have one of those lovely bone marrow stick a needle in my hip while im sedating type deals. I'm gonna ask to be knocked out tho, 'cause as nonnie says 'why hurt yourself' .. i hear those are nasty. They also will be most likely putting in a port end of this week too. So a couple more fun surgeries coming up. They should hear the results of the other tests they're doing for PNET by Thursday. So basically...once again.. they dont know, have an idea, and are hittin me with needles! On the bright side Bella just pooped in the family room. Oh wait...
anywho.. till more news.. lots of love

I'm sorry to hear about this latest Sam, my family and I sure are praying for you and your whole family, I know its been a tough year but you've got lots of support as you know and a fun new puppy makes everyone happy!
Sammy,
I say have them give you the knockout punch drugs. With all the surgerys I've had I don't recall a thing. Although, my brothers and sisters would say that's because of other events.
Hey Sammy,
I am sorry to hear about everything that is going on, but I am happy to see you in positive spirits. I am also really happy to see you got a puppy, its so cute :) I have you in my prayers and I hope that everything is figured out in the near future so that you can start your way to recovery. I'll keep in touch with you and I hope you enjoy your time home with your family.
Lots of Love, Sheehan
