Sam was discharged late last night feeling a lot better. Both pleural catheters were replaced and started draining again easing up the pressure in her chest, allowing her to breathe easier...for the moment anyway.
Thank you to Dasha, Sams good friend who came in and lifted her sprits, however Dasha is now currently stuck at the airport trying to get home. Sam is now looking forward to this weekend which will bring more dear friends and the rest of the family.
Lastly we attached a link to the fundraiser being put together by Bob Frank and friends at Hoffman School where both Sammy and I went to grade school. Thank you and sorry about all the ice.
Lots of Love,
Chris
