Wii, Movies, and Food... livin the good life

Hey everybody! My dad reminded me today its been a while since I wrote anything and I should update on my status.  Well, not much is new for now.  I've finished my first round of this new type of at-home chemo, so for now I'm doing what my title said: playing WAY too much wii, watching a ton of movies, and trying to eat as much as my weak appetite lets me.  I'm still on the continuous pain pump which doesn't allow me to drive so I get to feel like a 14 year old again and have mom or dad drive me everywhere if I need a ride :) Quite exciting!  I have a cat scan on the 16th to see what's going on, and hope that this chemo is doing something good rather than letting the liver keep on growing.  Oh i forgot to mention, of course, Bella is getting lots of my attention.  We hang out most of the day and she has advanced to not sleeping in her crate anymore, she sleeps on my floor.  Fortunately she doesn't like sleeping in my bed anymore, because she realized she has more room on the floor (we fight over space in my bed.)  Besides that not too much new, just enjoying doing nothing!  I haven't felt too horrible from this chemo either, the side effects are a piece of cake compared to the other ones I've done.  I've only gotten sick a few times.  Really all that I experience is some drowsiness and sometimes a bit of nausea but my meds usually can take care of that.  So for now we hope that this chemo (despite the fact that it seems so easy) is doing the trick and helping to shrink some tumors.  So I won't have any new news until after I hear cat-scan results so until then- lots of love

Sammy

p.s. go cubbies!
